About Carisa H-K

It took nearly 25 years before Carisa H-K decided “what she wanted to do with her life”.  This journey included endless days and nights of building the web with ever-growing teams of people. From designing and coding in musty apartments at the dawn of the internet, to serving the largest consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical clients in the trendiest of digital ad agency office spaces, to the corporate revolution of online software that is now inexorably woven into modern digital life.

Logical then was her desire to creatively capture this historic period that changed the world, so she started writing.  Her musings from the dawn of the digital age and beyond began to take shape.

Carisa H-K’s work, Tales from Digital Deliria, captures the nostalgic stories of growing up and living digital.  It’s simultaneously humorous and bittersweet, all revealing the evolving human-technology condition.
